A+ just like family AFH was completed and opened in 2012 to meet the domestic, social, recreational, economic, and health issues of persons with a wide range of disabilities, in the southeastern Wisconsin region. Persons with multiple disabilities are also encouraged to apply for residence. A+ Just Like Family adult family homes provides the opportunity for care and services in a comfortable home setting. Each resident is encouraged to move toward functional independence in daily living or continue functioning independently to the greatest extent possible. The mission of A+ just like family is to ensures the health, safety, dignity, rights, and well-being of each resident in a barrier-free environment. The home is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood in the heart of Racine Wisconsin. The grounds are professionally landscaped and include mature shade trees, lawn, and shrubbery.
