Copy can be updated and changed frequently with short runs to reduce the cost of using or throwing out obsolete printed products. This press is great for short – medium runs of pressure sensitive labels, short - medium runs of custom graphics, signage, and even prototypes.   • Informational/Functional Decals

    Functional decals have two main requirements: First, it must be easy to read and direct action. Secondly, it must last to the required life expectancy. We offer functional decals in many substrates, adhesives, and top coats to meet and exceed the end use applications. BGS designs and manufactures decals in accordance with UL Recognized and CSA Certified decals as specified by our customers. BGS has a number of UL/CSA cataloged constructions. BGS offers PPAP, Production Part Approval Process, and updating of prints. We want our products to exceed customer standards and are eager and able to offer First Article Inspection to ensure a high quality finished product. BGS is familiar with ANSI Z535.4, ISO 11684 and other decal standards. We will assist you with the decal layout, color, and offer pictographs. We are happy to assist with liability decals but all final decisions are the responsibility of the customer as noted by a signed art approval before we go to production.   • Low Profile Decals

    BGS is a world class provider of low-profile decals being one of the few in the world offering specialty low profile constructions. Low profile decals are produced in a state of art clean room environment. The end product is a low profile ink only decal which resembles hand painting. There is no vinyl material and therefore no profile thickness. When the release liner is pulled away the decal is applied with a mixture of water and surfactant. We have the support expertise with our lab and ink chemist to our engineering team with many years of process knowledge producing parts in various environments.     SS Chrome is a mirror like ABS plastic base stock that can be printed or cut to make a branding names, badges, and/or accents. SS Chrome is an intermediate step from a flat chrome vinyl but not raised height like AutoChrome. It enhances the brand image with a low-cost clean look.   • Doming

    Enhance the visual appeal of your labels or decals utilizing our doming finishing process. Our doming product is a two component process of applying polyurethane resin to a graphic substrate, which creates a very eye-catching, unique appearance. The resin is a raised liquid-like appearance that is great for nameplates and other branding type decals. Provides a normal flat decal with a thicker dimensional appearance to draw attention and enhance the image. Exterior grade polyurethane is clear and non-yellowing to ensure a long lasting clear image. Our urethane has passed testing in Florida and Arizona, is salt spray safe, and is resistant to alcohol and weak acids. The urethane is a protective coating that has excellent abrasion resistance that will not scratch.

  • Application Support

    At BGS will provide application support and training as needed. We work closely with our supplier partners to assist as well. We offer easy to apply air-egress films for the most difficult applications. This film allows for bubble free application and allows for increased productivity from your applicators. Our bubble-free film allows for you to utilize larger graphics in more difficult areas for an enhanced appearance.

  • Media Materials

    Burlington Graphics offers various types of media for printing or cutting of your graphics. From vinyl to polycarbonates, we will find the correct material and adhesive to match to your application and environment to ensure the proper long-term life of the decal. We suggest an Air Egress film for bubble free application. Air Egress is a general definition whereby texture in the liner paper is transferred into the adhesive creating a pattern in the adhesive. This pattern allows air to escape or dissipate therefore allowing bubbles to be removed for an easier application with improved cosmetic finished product. This is needed for large decals where trapping air likely.   • Art Files

    At BGS we want to make your experience handling art files as convenient as possible. We can produce printed parts from many formats however an electronic file allows us to produce the most efficient and accurate parts. Preferred formats: Adobe Illustrator. pdf or ai files PDF or EPS file exported from your design or drafting software. Computer-assisted drafting (CAD) file in .DWG format We accept files by e-mail or FTP for larger files. Our Service and Art team can assist as need with any art film transfers.

  • Kitting

    Kitting and Packaging: Within our 75,000 square foot production facility is an area that we dedicate to fulfillment. Whether your project requires two pieces to a kit or multiple pieces matched with hardware and accessories, Burlington Graphics can assist in every stage of the process. We are even prepared to order special supplies and packaging materials to meet our customer’s needs.
